Our Story Dalian's Cafe is the culmination of a lifelong passion for coffee, design, and community, brought to life by a founder with a truly global journey. Dali, whose nickname comes from the surname BaDalian, is the creative force behind Dalian's Cafe. After years of living in Armenia, Russia, Slovakia, Malta, Italy, New York, and now Los Angeles, Dali’s vision was shaped by diverse cultures and the elegance of European coffee traditions.
