Harvey started the business in a 2-man tin shack in Cedar Springs, then relocated to Maple Avenue in 1956. He turned the business over to his son, William P. Harvey in 1991. In 2002, Johnny Harvey took over Harvey’s, continuing a long-standing reputation for great service.
