Bādolina Bakery & Cafe opened in June 2021 as part of Sof hospitality group. Sof Hospitality (Itai Ben Eli, Sash Kurgan, Itamar Levy) was established as the restaurateurs began to expand and form new brands – beginning with Bādolina Bakery & Cafe, a spin-off of Doris Metropolitan’s “to die for” bread service and custom cakes.
