Our Story Bella Vista, meaning Beautiful View, is a family-owned restaurant in Fruit Cove, Florida. Owner Giovanni started working in restaurants and upscale hotels as a teenager, near his hometown of Sicignano degli Alburni in South Italy. There, he became passionate about the food service industry and imagined one day owning his own restaurant. After graduating from a 5-year culinary program, Giovanni moved to New York City.
