Gallo's Seafood & Harv's Burger Bar ABOUT US In the summer of 1966, Frank and Diane Galloway opened Gallo’s at the corner of Taylor & Pacific Avenues in Wildwood, New Jersey. The menu was Italian with fresh local seafood. They operated the restaurant seasonally through 1973. In 1970, they had an idea for a seafood take-out establishment. They opened Gallo’s Seafood on the 8900 block of Frankford Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.
