it all started with our Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches As a young boy, Gus Shamieh remembers coming home from practice to the smell of freshly baked cookies. With the churn of his mother’s creamy homemade ice cream, and baking of soft buttery cookies, the ice cream sandwich was born. In 2010, Jimmy and Gus Shamieh led the Shamieh family in opening the first CREAM location in Berkeley, California.
