Our story Milk Belly Bakery started in 2020 the year the pandemic started…. as two chefs and having our second child we wanted to actually do something for our family.. Our bread and pastries are inspired by our childhood. As an Asian American we wanted to incorporate our food culture into the mix. Our method is a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors. Simple Ingredients we loved growing up as kids.
