Our Story Inspired by a 2003 trip through Tuscany and a desire to bring its authentic flavors to the New World, BellaBrava was born in 2005 as a vibrant trattoria. We set out to create a casual dining experience, less formal than a traditional ristorante, where old‑world Italian flavors mingle seamlessly with new‑world flair. As a scratch kitchen, we take pride in making our pasta, pizza dough, and focaccia fresh in‑house every day, using quality ingredients and time‑honored techniques.
