River City Martial Arts (RCMA) is a martial arts academy that provides Taekwondo training for children, teens, and adults. RCMA is led by Master Frederick "Freddy" Vescera, a Five-Time National Gold Medalist in Taekwondo and Certified 4th Degree Black Belt.
