CA Bakehouse is a family tradition of baking for three generations that started in Vietnam and China by the Lam Family. The knowledge of baking was carried over to America in 1990 through the establishment their first store, Le Monde. Their popularity quickly rose as they became the first business in America to sell the "Green Waffle". Their next store, Century Bakery opened and became a popular bakery in Little Saigon located in East Side San Jose.
